DreamFi is a DeFi protocol for collateralized debt positions backed by correlated, risk-on market index funds rather than stablecoin-style collateral.
The design gives users more flexibility to diversify, hedge long positions, short an index, or yield farm with assets that match their risk profile.
how it was made
- The protocol uses a factory contract, individual asset pools for each CDP index, and tokens for both collateral and debt positions.
- An Aave-style interest rate model incentivizes repayment when utilization is high and borrowing when utilization is low.
- Chainlink price feeds track the value of assets inside each CDP.
